Livin' on a Prayer: It's Bon Jovi for Slane 2013

It seems the rumour mill is true. Lay us down in a bed of roses etc.

IT WAS PROBABLY the worst kept secret in music circles, but Bon Jovi have been announced to headline Slane Castle next summer.

TheJournal.ie has learned that the gig will take place on 15 June, with the possibility of further dates being announced.

Jon Bon and co are playing dates in the UK between 8 June and 13 June, and will be back in the UK on 3 July, meaning that more than one Slane Castle show is definitely a possibility.

Tickets for the UK shows are priced from £12.50 to £125, and according to Matthew Bongiovi (Jon’s brother):

All shows on this tour witll have a ticket for EVERY budget. High and low price tickets. Everyone can see a Jovi show.

(Pssst… we’d also like to take this opportunity to remind you of the time Jon Bon Jovi was in Ally McBeal. You’re welcome)
