SOME OF THE tastiest ice cream flavours out there come from the original minds of Ben & Jerry’s – and they’ve just come up with another one to add to the list.
Yes, the Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale Ben & Jerry’s is a craft beer flavoured ice cream that is all set to be released in the States in November.
It’s supposed to give the taste of the New Belgium Brown Ale that Ben & Jerry’s have teamed up with – but will only have trace elements of alcohol, so you won’t be downing pints of the stuff before a night out.
But will Ben & Jerry’s get together with an Irish brewer for a similar product? DailyEdge.ie asked them this important question:
At the moment we don’t have plans to collaborate with an Irish craft brewer, but creating all our great products takes some time and our Flavour Gurus are hard at work inventing what is next up for Ireland!
So, no plans for a delish Irish craft brew Ben & Jerry’s then.
Although they did tell us that Irish fans are welcome to get in touch with them if they feel strongly that a beer-flavoured Ben & Jerry’s is required.
And we all know the answer to that.
