GERMANY’S BERLIN ZOO welcomed a new female black rhinoceros calf to its fold last week. The young calf has been named Akili by the zookeepers. She was introduced to the public on Friday when she was just four days old and was photographed looking more than a little surprised as her mother tucked into lunch:
