DAVID AND VICTORIA Beckham were both reduced to tears last night, as the footballer picked up a lifetime achievement award from the BBC.
Sitting in the front row with the couple’s three sons, Brooklyn (11), Romeo (8) and 4-year-old Cruz, Victoria burst into happy tears as her husband said she was an “inspiration to me every single day”.
I want to thank my wife and my children. Not only has she given me three amazing boys but the support she’s given me and she is truly and inspiration for me every single day. So Victoria, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz – thank you.
But if David’s words meant a lot to Victoria, her sons looked a little bored – middle son Romeo fidgeted so much his mum had to rest her hand on his knee to stop him.
