A SCOTTISH MAN who is attempting to get in touch with an Irish girl he met in Edinburgh this week has seen his plan backfire a little.
David Anderson’s story was published by the Irish Times yesterday, in a piece which described him meeting a girl called Aoife and ‘three of her pals’.
Aoife: you were lost then and now David says he’s a bit lost without you.
Anderson told the Times that Aoife was “awesome” and that he was hoping she might get in touch with him via Twitter or the paper.
While the tale might tickle some people’s romantic fancy, it’s not for everyone.
