ANNA FARIS HAS spoken out on tabloid reports that her husband Chris Pratt was cheating, saying the rumours were “weirdly stinging”.

In an interview with FOX411, the actress said:
It has been a little devastating. For us it was like, ‘What the heck.’ This has been blindsiding to us. We have an incredible relationship. It has been weirdly stinging.
But how did the rumours even come about? Well, Chris Pratt got himself a job.
In June, he was cast in sci-fi film Passengers alongside Jennifer Lawrence – and by July, US tabloid Star Magazine was reporting that Faris was concerned her husband would cheat on her with his co-star.
Though the original report has disappeared from the website, tons of gossip publications reprinted the rumours:
OK! Magazine attempted to add fuel to the flames, suggesting that Pratt’s fame has made him “cocky and rude” towards Faris, and so “put a strain on their marriage”.
The couple celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary last month, and have a three-year-old son, Jack.
Faris said that despite everything, the rumour about the state of her marriage “stung a little harder than [she] thought it would”:
I have always kind of believed that part of the rumours of celebrity couples were sort of true – because they had never been a part of my life. I thought, “Maybe there’s a kernel of truth to that.”
